If I see you scalping my pins, aka buying them to flip immediately, you may find yourself blocked. I understand how market value works & I don’t have time to heavily police what people do with items they’ve paid for. Trading & rehoming pins is a large part of the community. However, if you abuse your access to my drops, I will respond accordingly.
Refunds/Exchanges
I send all my orders through USPS. If your order is lost in transit, I am happy to assist with submitting an insurance claim, and if approved processing a refund.
If your tracking number shows “delivered” but your package hasn’t shown up, please reach out to your local USPS to file a lost mail claim as I have no way of helping after that. I can not take responsibility for mail theft or misdelivery by USPS.
Address Changes
I do not accept address changes for drop buddies.
Shipping
I cannot ship to Germany due to the strict requirements of the German Packaging Act. I am able to ship to a proxy address outside of Germany.Grading
Mixed A/B - Small flaws that must be closely examined to see. Such flaws include mild underfill, minor scratching, small flecks of dust or dirt in enamel, minor scuffing of enamel, small specks of stray glitter, small bubbles in screenprint, minor misalignment of screenprint, and minor effects issues. Listed flaws are not all inclusive.
Mixed C/D - More noticeable flaws that may be seen from an arm’s length. Such flaws include severe underfill, large flecks of dirt or dust in enamel, noticeable misalignment of screenprint, major scuffing of enamel, noticeable effects issues, miscolored enamel, missing enamel, overpolishing. Listed flaws are not all inclusive.
When grading, I do my best not to send out pins that I myself would not want to receive. I will never send out a pin that is horrendously disfigured without informing buyers prior. Please check out my Grading page for some specific examples of how I grade my pins.
